Terms and Conditions
Our tour is not wheelchair accessible.
We will attempt to provide the tour as advertised, but we reserve the right to change destinations or cancel the tour at any time.
If we are unable to complete the tour through our own fault then a full refund will be given.
Should you choose to abandon the tour for any reason, no refund will be payable for the unused portion of your booking.
If you do not show up at the arranged meeting place at the advised time, or you decide not to go on the tour on the day, then you will forfeit all tour fees paid.
Should you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your tour no refund will be given.
Where seat belts are fitted, it is the responsibility of the passengers to use them.
If your cruise ship experiences delays or arrives on an alternate date, we will make every effort to reschedule our tour. If this option isn’t available then a full refund will be given, less booking fees outside of our control.
Discover Dunedin Limited will not be liable for any injury or death to passengers. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal affects while on the tour.
By boarding our bus and embarking on our tour you are accepting our terms and conditions as stated above.
